Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered a personalised football and Mitre put wrong personalisation on it. Sent football back on 8/12 and they telling me that it’s too late now to get one sent out and can’t guarantee Christmas delivery. This is all very disappointing as it was their mistake and they’ve been informed from weeks ago that this was a request on a Santa list. They don’t care so I’d advise to stay away and use bigger and better brands.
This is a complete lie to say that I was informed before I purchased the football. It was a letter of my sons name that I had inputted and not a special character as you say it is. Then you just decide to remove that letter and think it’s ok. I’ve just tried to order it again to check if I was doing something wrong but nowhere was I informed that you couldn’t print what I inputted. Please just tell the truth and hold your hands up and admit to your mistake
Purchased some goods on 9 November…
Purchased some goods on 9 November 2021, it is currently 23 November 2021 and I have not yet received my goods. Despite attempting several times to contact Mitre as to the status of my goods I have yet to receive a response. I have tried to call and have even submitted an enquiry on the online form. Terrible customer service and would not recommend them at all. Unfortunately for such a good quality range of balls Mitre offers, the customer service is literally non existent. Last time I will ever purchase from Mitre Australia.
Fake Free Football Promotion
Mitre were running a free football with every football promotion but unfortunately, I did not receive the free football advertised. When I contacted customer support, I was told they had run out of the free footballs. I then asked if an alternative 'free' football could be sent and was told no and to send the order back if I wasn't happy. Very disappointed that companies are allowed to run promotions they can't actually fulfil just to get more orders.

Ordered a number of items but only some arrived. No contact number to actually speak to someone which is simply not good enough for a company of this size. Am awaiting a response to emails and online contact form.

Ordered two Primero rain jackets
Ordered two Primero rain jackets, package arrived with only one jacket so decided to contact Mitre and there is no contact number which is disgraceful for such a large company !
Anyway have filled out form and will see what happens and i might reconsider score.23rd Sept now, several emails about missing jacket and not even a reply ! Avoid at all costs

Sons birthday present had parts…
Sons birthday present had parts missing, they took days to respond and then said we had to return before they would ship new one, no compassion whatsoever, would not recommend at all in fact would avoid at all costs

Ordered direct from Mitre. Two items, both exceptional value in their sale. Delivered promptly and well packaged. Items exactly as described. Two delighted grandchildren! Great products, keen prices, excellent service.

Match Balls
I ordered 3 match balls off Mitre and they arrived next day. The quality of the product was also brilliant.
The only recommendation is to add another layer of tape onto the box to firmly secure the box in transit.
